1. Account Registration

By creating an account on German Formulas, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Redistribute, copy, or resell any course content (videos, quizzes, materials).
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

3. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, quizzes, graphics, and formulas, is the intellectual property of German Formulas. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

4. Payment Terms

  • One-time purchases: Grant lifetime access to the purchased course. “Lifetime” means as long as German Formulas operates the platform.
  • Subscriptions: Billed monthly at the current subscription rate. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

German Formulas provides educational content on an “as is” basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or exam results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or subscription.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
