One-Time Course Purchases

• Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• After 7 days, refunds are not available for one-time purchases.
• Upon refund, access to the course will be revoked.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.
• You will retain access to all courses until your subscription expires.

How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to support@germanformulas.com with the subject “Refund Request”.
2. Include your registered email address and the course name.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated purchases and refund requests, or if a significant portion of the course content has been accessed.
